Deleted calendar appointments keep re-appearing

The user deletes calendar appointments but they keep re-appearing a few mins later.

Anyone seen this before?

SBS 2008, XP client, Outlook 2003

Use MFCMAPI to delete the appointments that are re-appearing

Or move a user to diffrent store and check if that resolve the issue.
