Blimey I just drove past hthe shop!!! Now thats a coincidence!!

Works fine from here, is it from just your 2 machines at home? In the workplace? Do you have any entries in your HOSTS file tat could stop this?

If you open a command prompt and type

PING www.sjscycles.co.uk  what does it do?

Can you do an IPCONFIG /ALL in a command prompt and paste that here too please. Your not resolving the name at all for some reason.

ok do you know how to change your DNS servers on the network card config? Set your DNS to "USE the following DNS server Addresses" instead of obtain DMS server addresses automatically.

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

And try that

Hi,
Can you just type these numbers in your browser's addressbar, hit enter, and tell me where it takes you to?
128.121.134.39
Also, try www.sjscycles.com  ( .com instead of co.uk) in the address bar and see if itakes you to the site you wanted to see.

Great!  That has fixed it.  All sites now working, including the bike shop.
How do I proceed from here, is it ok to leave it like this?
