Hi All,<br />

When i'm trying to run an e-mail html mail merge from Microsoft Word 2010 it keeps loosing the font I have chosen when it sends it to the Outlook outbox and from my Verdana it chooses Arial.<br />
<br />
This messes up my existing formatting of the word document and doesn't look pretty.<br />
<br />
Does anyone know how to ensure I can keep the font?<br />
<br />
I am currently putting Outlook 2010 in offline mode so I can capture the mail merge test but its formatting is still wrong.<br />

Microsoft Word is a commercial document editing program that is part of the Microsoft Office suite.
