Microsoft Word 2010 HTML e-Mail Merge losing Font Formatting

Hi All,

When i'm trying to run an e-mail html mail merge from Microsoft Word 2010 it keeps loosing the font I have chosen when it sends it to the Outlook outbox and from my Verdana it chooses Arial.

This messes up my existing formatting of the word document and doesn't look pretty.

Does anyone know how to ensure I can keep the font?

I am currently putting Outlook 2010 in offline mode so I can capture the mail merge test but its formatting is still wrong.

All help is appreciated.
