only accept one application can save file on c driver windows 7

Hi All

i'm deploying  new PC on my Company, but i have a problem.

on windows group policy, user account cannot save any file on c drives(Include all sub folder & file)

but now, i have 1 program is needed full control 1 file on c:\

here is the error " Network initialization failed permission denied. file c:\XXXX.NET" Directory C:\

as following i have try before.

1.on compatibility run this program as an administrator(No luck)
2.runas on command  (have a security issue, since user can see the password & password will be change later)

can i have anyway can fix the problem?

Make sure you dont have additional permissions restrictions....

Save this to the root of C as an Admin, and login the problem user. Do a RunAs with your Admin Credentials to launch it, and then set the the filter at the top to Include "Result" is "Access Denied" then "Include", and then try and recreate the errors by launching the app. Then go look at the logging, and it will tell you where the permissions are restrictive. Once you open those up, keep retrying until you get the desired results....

Keep track of your changes, as they can be scripted to deploy to the other systems......
