File Upload within Modal Pop-up
I am having a problem with file upload within a Modal Popup. I understand the file upload gets its value on the postback event. How do I make it so that file upload retrieves its value without the Modal Popup closing. I do not want to use the show function.

What has a general 'modal popup' got to do with a general 'file upload' and a 'postback event' ?
