asked on

relay emails from application through Exchange 2010

We have an application that connects to our Exchange Server to send emails.

I just finished switching to Exchange 2010 and removed our exchange 2003 server.  I am unable to get the appication to send emails through our 2010 server.

I have receive connectors setup.  Client/default.

Our application has the following options:
username:
Password:
Mail Port
Email type:  CDO (SSL Enabled)
enable SSL.

how can I get this app to send emails through our exchange server?

try first to telnet from PC to the Server and see if you can send a message via Telnet.
