If the altrecipient is set on the mailbox being moved , this error can be caused by the altrecipient mailbox being over quota. On another occasion , "use database defaults" was checked in Exchange Management Console quota settings, even though the default quota was set to false in the shell. Based on 0x80004005-turning off cached exchange mode resolved this error on one occasion.
