Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2010 local move request MapiExceptionShutoffQuotaExceeded:

hi all,

im getting the below error, on some accounts that im trying to move across to our beefier exchange server

anyone help me with what it means and how to solve, ive read its something to do mailbox quotas

i can see that one of these mailboxes is way below the quota at .45Gb default quota of 2gb
so it cant be that (these accoutns also have archives in them too it that helps)

anyone know how i can get these goign again?
