Forwarding to an internal website when typing a certain word internally

Hello,

I am trying to create a forward to an internal website by typing the word wiki in a web browser.   I would like it to forward to this internal address http://helpdesk/cswiki/Wiki%20Pages/Home.aspx"

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?   Thank you.

If it's only for your computer you can edit the hosts file. It's located in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\

windows server 2003 dns servers are not really my area of expertise, maybe have a mod rezone the question.
