We are using the MSOCT to customize an MSP for our Office 2010 deployment. Under the Outlook-&gt; Outlook profile, we specified to create a new profile and then add an Exchange 2010 account for the user. This works great, except once the user opens outlook, whenever they send to a non-company email address, they receive an error &quot;Operation Failed.&quot; Our workaround has been to delete the profile and recreate it, but this is a huge pain. Any ideas on how to fix our installation package?
