3rd party RIM have reported a major failure within their environment, resulting in a loss of service to both internal and external Blackberry customers<br />

The following services are currently impacted as a result of this failure<br />

Email Messages (sending and receiving)<br />
Blackberry Messenger<br />
Roaming<br />
Ability to create new accounts or add new email addresses<br />
Web Browsing<br />
PIN to PIN messages<br />
Blackberry Connectivity<br />
Customers also have the ability to add push notifications from Facebook, Twitter, EBay etc to the list of services affected. This service may also fail until the issue is fixed.<br />
