what do you mean by "holding" the oab ?

open your Exchange Management Console -> Org config -> mailbox -> Offline address book
you will see al your OABs the "generation server" is the mailbox server responsible for generating the OAB , right click properties on it -> distribution will show you it is distributed on which cas servers
