    You would use the powershell cmd get-offlineaddressbook

    Hope this helps, you might have to | fl or ft to get all the info.

    what do you mean by "holding" the oab ?

    open your Exchange Management Console -> Org config -> mailbox -> Offline address book
    you will see al your OABs the "generation server" is the mailbox server responsible for generating the OAB , right click properties on it -> distribution will show you it is distributed on which cas servers
