Outlook 2010 Security Certificate Alert

Every time I start outlook 2010, the following appears in a "pop up" window:

The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site.  

How can I fix this?

Got a chance to review the below KB article:
Security warning when you start Outlook 2007 and then connect to a mailbox that is hosted on a server that is running Exchange Server 2007 or Exchange Server 2010: "The name of the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site"

we could conclude about
a) the URL which Outlook is trying to access
b) the URL which is there in the certificate.

Run testexchangeconnectivity.com
It will tell you where the problem lies

I used the recommendations contained in the Microsoft KB article 940726 and was successful in step 2, but failed in steps 3,4, and 5 with the following error:
