How do I export a Palm .dba file to Outlook

I have a user that neeeds her Palm Calendar inmported into Outlook. The export options are only .dba and the import on Outlook does not have that choice.. How do I get the Palm Calendar to Outlook Calendar?

Possible solution not tested:

1. Export your Palm Desktop datebook in .dba format.
2. Import this file into your Yahoo! calendar.
3. Export your Yahoo! calendar in .csv format.
4. Import this file into your Outlook calendar.

I can find an import export that works on my yahoo calendar.. Option is no longer there, maybe im having a mental block lol

I don't have a dba file to experiment with anymore, but here is another idea.

The .dba Palm file is really a .mdb Jet Database, take a copy of your file and change the extension to .mdb.
Then use this tool to extract to csv format:
http://mdbtools.sourceforge.net/
Download the 0.5 release and attempt to open your .mdb file
