Error Message in MAS

End user receives the following using MAS (shipping software) on the SQL server.

Error reading the record: TaskID- 134611094, TaskName- , Error- Caught Exception: "(name not supplied)" - OLE Dispatch Error: m_scError:266744(0x000411f8), Desc:Communication link failure, Help:0, Help File-:: System Definition:

OK  

Have you ever seen the above error message?  If so, was a solution found and how do I access it?
