How to setup a Generic email address - Exchange 2007

I want to setup an email address which many people can send messages from but will not receive email.   The message will contain a disclaimer similar to the following:

Please do not reply directly to this email our contact information is listed above. Messages sent to this email address will not be answered.

I want 30 to 40 users to be able to send from this address.

Exchange 2007, Outlook 2003 to 2010

1. Create Exchange account with required details.
2. Create a group and add the people who will send on the behalf of this user.
3. Allow send permission on the exchange server to this group under this account.
4. Configure each user account to add this mailbox.
5. Configure signature to be used when sending email through this account.
6. start email client and in new email ( when you click to create a new email) add to display from field.
7. now you can send the emails from this user account.
-----
8. Now on exchange server block this user account to receive any email.

Regards,
Prashant.
