How do I lock the Internet Explorer 9 Home Page?

I remember all sorts of utilities/anti-spyware that would prevent the home page for IE 8 from being changed.  They would provide a alert to ask me if I want it changed.

What is there for IE 9?

Thanks.

I am pretty sure it's already built in.  Like when something wants to change your homepage, a button will pop up and ask you do you want to change your homepage.  I could be wrong.

I hope that there isn't an adware system that can work around this repair.

maybe, just be sure to have a good anti virus.  i have tried almost all of the free versions.  i am using avast right now and it does very well.  microsoft security essentials is another good one.  they both have adware and malware protection i am pretty sure.
