Call Alt F4 Menu with vbscript in XP

We are trying to use write a vbscript that call (Windows Security > Shutdown button > restart) or simply (Alt + F4). Both will bring up the menu that allow user to reboot the pc via RDP.

shutdown.exe does not work  in our environment because it requires administrator privilege.

    Can try this,

    create a vbs file, then paste this code:

    set WshShell = wscript.CreateObject("Shell.Application")
