Hi Guys

I often create a (24 pages) price-catalog documents with about 80 headings each.
With each catalog I also create a Table of contents (one page)
I am using MSacces report to create this catalog and Toc (2 reports)
I would like my TOC to be clickable links (linking to to pages on the price catalog)
I am looking for a solution that would do that On-A-Fly (Not one page at a time using  Acrobat's menu options).
Any Suggestions?

have a look at this tutorial which uses a free mjwPDF class library to format and bookmark a pdf via vb6.  Sample code is provded.

    Excerpt from link:
Another useful feature of PDF documents is adding bookmarks. Bookmarks allow you to jump from section to section in a PDF document easily. When the user views a PDF document with bookmarks, they are able to see a table of contents type tab on the left side of the screen.
