Same category shows up twice in view

I have a view in project database categorised by system, then status. The problem is that the same status category shows up twice:
screenshotNow, I have double-checked the contents of the status field and they are exactly the same in the documents in both categories:

Field Name: TaskCurrentStatus
Data Type: Text
Data Length: 9 bytes
Seq Num: 20
Dup Item ID: 0
Field Flags: SUMMARY

"Completed"

Of course, there can be a difference in Seq Num, but otherwise exactly the same.
Can anybody please help me understand why it is that they are in two different categories?

Is there a hidden column left of the TaskCurrentStatus-column that could cause this?
E.g. Date/Time columns may sometimes cause this kind of behaviour.

Could be, indeed... Not only Date/Time, but any sorted column could do this.

My other option: could there be an extra space or other character in one of the Completed categories... Always use @Trim(@ThisValue) as +Input Translation formula.

Thank you, CRAK. I solved the problem by removing a hidden column.
Thanks also to sjef bosman for commenting.
