Cisco ASA remote access VPN issue

i have recently set our Cisco ASA 5510 to allow users to remote VPN connect in to the network. All users use Cisco VPN client IPSEC.

It seems that users conencted on the VPN have no connectivity to other users connected on the same VPN. Is this some kind of split horizon restriction on the ASA itself?

is there any way that i can allow connections between VPN users? it isof particular importance when they need to make a phone call using Cisco IP communicator.
