Automate pushing of button after automatic logon after server start

I can get a user acount to logon automatically at the start of a server(http://www.velikan.net/automatic-login-windows-account) and I can set that account to automatically start specific applications. But if I would want a a button to be pushed after the start of one of those application, would I be able to automate that?
