Not sure what zone to put this question.

Windows 7 Machine running Office 2010.

Trying to print an excel spreadsheet.
File > Print > Select a printer, and the preview says 10 pages.
If I do the same thing, on same spreadsheet, but choose another printer, the preview says 40 pages.

Any idea why?

Check Printer Paper Setting. Each and every printer has default paper setting is different.
