reboot of draytek 2830 from the desktop
Hi all,
What is the simplest way to reboot a draytek 2820 router from a user desktop.
We are having 1 or 2 issues with a remote site which a quick reboot fixes. I would like the users to be able to do this themselves from a batch files or similar if possible.
Draytek 2820 with up to date firmware
all users have Win7
thanks
gareth

Can you access the unit by telnet or SSH?
ASKER
yes, but I would like the user to have a 'button' on his desktop he can double click and it will reboot the router.
there by not calling me and then I have to log in to it and so on.
