Is it possible to create document library or list and store attachments (files) on network folder (or local folder) but not in sql database?

I want only to store files from one list/library to be stored outside sql database.

Best Regards

You can store the documents on the n/w share and add a link to it in the SP list/library

Another option is to look at RBS if storage is of concern. http://blogs.technet.com/b/vedant/archive/2009/06/17/external-blob-storage-in-sharepoint-2007.aspx

You have 3 options for adding as links:
1. If all the links are in a single folder, try using the page viewer webpart http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ar/sharepointgeneral/thread/f8a4c2b3-9cc2-4e31-a8e9-04b6642eaf5a
2. Try changing the new page http://os.com/blog/linking-to-file-shares-from-sharepoint-document-libraries
3. Share your network folder using an IIS virtual drive, then you can use the http link directly to the file.
