I would this.....I have a gsm-box with two lines, if they are both occuped the third user who tries to call find them occuped, when the line is free the third user can be alerted through two rings on your telephone ? is something that can be achieved with trixbox?

    not with the usual box. You could build an external box to do it but it would not be simple
