    Accepted Solution

You can setup a new mailbox, and then grant full access permission to a security group or users.
This will solve it for you i think

You can share mailbox by assigning full access permission to users or group. but if you want to share specific items only or custom created folders you can do that by using outlook.  for more details please visit:-

I tried giving Manage full access permission for mailbox in exchnage and users in Delivery options, but still can't access. Getting an error when access in outlook "Can't Display Folder, inbox folder can't found"

You need to log on with a user for the shared mailbox in OWA/outlook first so the folders get created

Granting full access permission allows users to access mailboxes present in their database. By giving full access permission one can open and read the content of any mailbox but cannot send emails from that mailbox.
