Citrix Access Essentials not connecting from the outside

Trying to connect to a Citrix Presentation Server (installed on top of Windows Server 2003) from the outside using Access Essentials via web browser.  I have ports 80, 443, 8080, 2598, and 1494 all forwarding to the Presentation Server.  I can access the web interface, login, and see the options for Desktop and other programs that I can run via Citrix but when I try to connect it times out and says "No server available and this address".   I have tried the different connection types and also added the url to Trusted Sites in IE.  Am I missing a port maybe?

ASKER

3389 is also being forwarded to the Citrix server.  Using RDP method results in same error.
Is your Citrix server on a private or public IP address?
it's on the lan side of a firewall.  it is not directly open to the internet.
