Acronis Backup Repeated Error

Getting the following error when running a full backup:

Error occurred while writing the file. The system cannot find message text for message number 0x%1 in the message file for %2

What is odd is that I have been on the phone with Acronis on this issue about 8 times and it's still not resolved.

I do a full backup using Backup and Recovery 10 on multiple servers. All other server backups run fine, save for this one. And despite checking permissions, verifying the services are working, confirming that the Windows Share is accessible where the backups are saved, increasing the page file size, making sure I have the latest backup update applied, etc, the backup will always do fine for 10-20 hours (large amount of data), and then it will come up with this error.

I've been working on this for weeks now, and at this point, I'm at a loss as to what could be the cause. Any ideas?

i always do it by mapping the remote drive rather than using shared folder.
Define a full mapped path and then try to run it
Make sure ur defining the full backup path as \\backupserver\bkupfolder\
