Sending attachment through Exchange on iPhone does not work

i can send mails from my iphone through a Microsoft exchange account. when trying to send an email that has an attachment, i get an error: "Cannot send mail: An error occurred while deliverying this message."
I looked around internet for many types of solutions, but they do not work.

- update MasSync.DLL
- give permission to "authenticated users" on %systemroot%\temp
- Update UploadReadAheadSize

Exchange server 2003 on windows server 2003 (IIS5)
ISA Server 2006 which only takes SSL and forwards to Exchange server
Iphone 4 with iOS4.3.5

connection between ISA and Exchange is not SSL btw.
I am not alone in the company with this problem.

testexchangeconnectivity.com has no remarks, everything is ok.

You are sending the messages via Activesync on the Exchange server? Have you ticked the allow attachments option?

Where can i find that option?

BTW, Exchange Version 6.5 Build 7638.2 Service Pack 2

Found that an ISA Server setting for HTTP was blocking the send.
A maximum block size was set for the ActiveSync policy.

Found this here:

Stumbled on this link and provided me with a solution that works.
