It is a Windows Server 2003 and I have found a few errors in the event viewer saying "Many client computers have not reported back to the server in the last 30 days. 5 have been detected so far. The event ID for this is 13032.
Can you please assist on this and inform me what problems this may cause?

This sounds like a problem with WSUS. Are your computers configured to connect back to this sevrer for Windows Updates. It may be that some computers have been removed but they ar estill shoewn as connected in WSUS. Run the cleanup wizard with WSUS to remove any old computers
