Google places account data not making sense...

Good morning. I work for a law firm and I cannot disclose the name of the company or any links. I really hope somebody can help me without links to my problem!

The firm has four locations. One of the locations is in Scottsdale, AZ.

If I am logged into our Google account, I can see the places page that we created for all four locations of the business, including the Scottsdale location. In addition, I see a Scottsdale place page-- with the wrong zip code-- that I did not create.

The Scottsdale Places page cannot be found using Google as a normal user. It seems to be non-existent, except in my Google dashboard.

When I put our exact Scottsdale address into Google Places, it lists every business in the office building EXCEPT ours.

I need the quickest resolution to this problem. I think my choices are:

1. Delete the Scottsdale page that I created and "claim" the page that Google created for me-- with the wrong zip code. Maybe edit it?

2. Go to the Scottsdale address in Google places and "Report a problem". However, this seems like a human being would need to resolve the issue, and I really need to fix it quickly.

3. Do both 1 and 2?

Thank you in advance. I really, truly appreciate any help I can get.
