@ ded9 & paulsauve:
Hello again. I am going to close this question at this time since I do have an answer and solution to my initial posted question.
I am going to award ded9 the "Accepted Solution" and 450 points out of 500 points for the answer and solution. I am going to award paulsauve 50 points for a important terminology correction that was significant to my initial posted question that was resolved as an "Assisted Solution".
Again, thank you both for your help!!!

Hello again. Nice to see you again. Thank you for your comment.
Yes, I have been properly corrected by paulsauve's comment. Fortunately, you have understood my incorrect terminology where I should of stated "DreamScene" and NOT "DreamScape". Your answers and solutions are applicable to "DreamScene" which I am looking for -- "Windows 7 DreamScene Activator". I am sorry for the confusion!
Thank you!
@ paulsauve:
Bonjour! Nice to see you. Merci for your comment.
Thank you for your correcting my terminology.
In my searching I accidently stumbled upon "DreamScape" when searching for "DreamScene" terminology. I accidently and easily crossed the terms in my initial question above between Windows Vista Ultimate's DreamScene and StarDock's DreamScape. I apologize. Thank you for correcting me.
Now, I am looking to be able to run Windows Vista Ultimate's DreamScene and any repeating clip I have created in Windows 7 64-bit.
I hope you can still provide my any answers and solutions to my initial question above.
Please reply.
Thank you!
