Blackberry contacts not present after exch 2007 mailbox move

We have Exchange 2007 and Blackberry Enterprise Server. I moved my mailbox from one mailbox store to another and my contacts are not showing up on my phone anymore. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Marek

Are you in charge of the BES? It's most likely still pointing to the old mailbox store. If you aren't, contact your IT department. If you have acces to your BES, the best way is probably just to recreate the account on the BES after deleting the old one on the BES (not the Exchange account).

stevepcguy,
In addition, I cannot send emails either. I am the admin so i will try removing my bes account and adding it again. Will post results tomorrow.

Hi,

Have you confirmed that the relevant BES service account (default besadmin) have been applied to the new Exchange Server?

Regards,

RobMobility.

RobMobility,
This is all on one server, just different information stores.

stevepcguy,
Since RIM had soooo many issues this week it took a little time for me to test this out. You are correct, removing and readding the account in BES did the trick.

Thanks!
