Updating the Exchange 2007 sp1 rollup 10

Hello ,
i have a working hosting enviroment for exchange 2007 sp1 ,
i want to install the install rollup 10 ,

1. do anyone have good / bad exprience with the upgrade - does it goes smooth
2. whats the best way to backup the system before this specific update

    In my case ,i could not found any issues after installing this can use any third party backup software or use NTBACKUP in case of windows server 2003.

    How will ntbackup restore in this case , system state and exchange db will be enought to go back ?

    if i need to rollback whats the best way to backup and restore ?

    i did a P2V and then full backup
