Command line import of PST to Public Folder with Exchange Management Shell, Echange 2010 SP1

I suspect I'm hardly the first to ask, and I suspect the answer is not positive, but anyway...

We have Exchange 2010 SP1.  Is there any ability to import a PST directly into a Public Folder from the Exchange Management Shell?

We'd like to script exporting a former employee's mailbox, and importing the PST into a Public Folder.

Any ideas on how this process might be scripted?

Thanks.

Thanks much.  I wonder if it can be scripted with VBA in Outlook...
