check the task manager and make sure nobody has created a task to shut it down.

Stand alone computer? On a domain?
At what time? Same time everyweek?
Whats in the event log at the time it happens?

If it is on a domain there may be a policy in place to do this, If not Check loacl policy.

There should be an event for the shutdown command that you can see.

"There should be an event for the shutdown command that you can see."

To expand, look for either WINLOGON or USER32 as the source.... (no points)....
