You will need a server that can stream the video for you.  Normally people use Flash Media Server or Red5 for that.

that´s not the answer I am looking for,
maybe the term STREAM in my Question is not the right word.

    so, here we go again,
how can I avoid delay time that mxml VideoDisplay component takes when load a big video file,

I need start playing video at first moment that buffer is reding,
not at moment when buffer videoObject is full of the file data.

Yeah, you do need a server side component to stream a media file.  If it is not the case, it is a progressive download.

I don't know how large the video file is but the only thing I can think of is either to re-encode the video and mess with the bitrate to run down the pipeline faster or possibly split the video into smaller chunk of multiples.

The only ActionScript thing I am aware of is the it's got bufferTime property you can adjust but I can tell you that it is not really effective.
