I would recommend a UCC certificate with all of the necessary domains within that certificate.  If you have multiple FQDN's that are accessed, a UCC allows you to use them all with one certificate.  It's slightly cheaper than buying 5 single certificates, and also makes certificate administration much easier. With SBS, I believe the most common names would be:

remote.domain.com
mail.domain.com
webmail.domain.com
autodiscover.domain.com
*servername*.domain.com

If it's for Exchange 2007 or 2010 I would recommend a single UCC certificate.  It can take the place of up to 5 single certificates.  Uses include:

autodiscover.domain.com
mail.domain.com
webmail.domain.com
*servername*.domain.com

Its a sbs2003 server R2.  So I need 5 single certificates? I basically have this server sitting on the cloud listening on port 25 for emails.  I have smart devices connected to it.  If you were you... What type of Certificates would you get to encrypt the data between laptops/desktop outside of the local network, phones, and smart "Pad-like" equipment?

I think you missed this in my previous thread...  Its a sbs2003 server.  You continue to think I have exchange 2007 or 2010.

After my first post I never brought up Exchange version again (after checking the question tags).  UCC works on Exchange 2003 but requires a different process.  Either way, for SBS 2003, you can use the following walkthrough for cert installations:

http://tubblog.wordpress.com/2007/07/31/using-ssl-certificates-with-sbs-2003/

The meat of the walkthrough is approximately halfway through the page.
