CUCM 7.1.3 Call reports

Hey all,

  I am looking for some help on reporting in CUCM 7.1.3. Is it possible to pull up how many calls come into a given extension over a period of time? Any help is appreciated.

    Hi jwil320,

    CUCM does allow reporting on Call Accounting type data, although you will need to ensure that the required CAR services are running via CUCM Serviceability and that CDR is configured also.

    Some more info on configuring/activating this is available here:

    Once configured, you will be able to access from the serviceability menu: Tools -> CDR analyses and reporting.  CAR option
    Once logged on to CUCM CDR Analysis and Reporting, you can search the CDR records and gather the information you want by clicking on CDR -> Search -> By User/Extension.
