Increasing font size in Mail Pane (Left Hand Side) of Outlook 2003

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to Increase the Font Size on the Left Hand Side Menu in MS Outlook in the Calendar Menu, I attached a Screenshot.

According to http://www.techrepublic.com/forum/discussions/84-168081 there are various suggestions, but none that work 100%.

This one works :
Go to windows display properties, appearance tab, advanced, then change your font for Menu.
