Trying to set up a imap account for my boss,<br />

I get this message:<br />
Task &quot;synchronizing hierarchy...' reported error (0x800CCC0e): ‘ could not fetch new headers on the folder (null) for account mail.4-way.com. Error: unable to connect to server..”<br />
<br />
i searched the internet but no luck!<br />
<br />
