Open PST files

Is their a way to automatically attach the PST files from  home drive when some one opens outlook 2010.

    In the command line switches of outllook 2010 I can't find this option.

    If using outlook itself this is usually a manual task.
    This is why you will not find any command line switches to do this

    There are some 3rd party apps and tools out there that can help you with this.

    However, is a user opens a PST
    All they need to do is do it 1 time
    After that it will stay connected until they close it
