How bad it is to assgn routable IP Addresses to my servers and workstation?

my question is for assign routable IP addresses on the inside of my network. What's bad about assign routable IP Addresses that does not belong to my comany on the inside of my network. What kind of security risk is there for my servers and workstation? How can routable IP Addresses on the inside of my network route comany data to the bad guy when we have a firewall in place?

It is not about security,...it is about functionality.

What happens when you try to go to resources on the Internet that just happen to have the same IP#s because they actually own them?  Think about it for a minute.
