How to change DNS resolution of the web site server 2008
Server 2008 is a domain conroller for exampe.com.
When user connected to the server enters example.com to visit the web site, it resolves into the server, which is not hosting web site.
Problem is that domain is example.com.
What needs to be done in DNS Manager so that when a user on a PC connected to the domain, types in URL exampl.com it resolves into where the web site is hosted (external provider) instead of to the local server on a local subnet?
