Issues of exchange server 2010 Sp1 with Active Directory

Dear Experts
i have exchange server 2010 SP1 including CAS, Hub & Mailbox and every 15 minutes i found the foloowing errors in event log

and also after restart the exchange some services not start either the it is in automatic
as per snapshot

and also many outlook user see an alert that outlook retrieve connection with exchange server

Start Free Trial
Check the Network Binding Order and see of there is any in-active NIC at the top of the list. If so, move the active NIC to the top and restart the MSExchange ADTopology Service.

It is already on the top of network bining server
Please run ExBPA and DCDIAG and post any errors that come up.
Any update on this
