Supress warning message bar in chrome

I am using Google chrome to display a PDF on a public monitor, refresing every 2 minutes. It is the only thing that is working for this application.

The only problem is there is a popup bar that appears at the top of the window saying: Parts of this PDF could not be displayed. Install Adobe Reader?: Yes No

Is there a way i can permanently disable this message. Becuse chromes PDF viewer works fine.

Now, you cannot disable the popup warning.  You can go to Plugins page (type about:plugins into address bar) and disable PDF Viewer.  Then install Adobe Reader. Then no popup will appear.
