Step by step guide to map Sun StorEdge 3300 volumes to an Oracle / Sun server ?

Hello experts,

I am a beginner.I need to map Sun StorEdge 3300 volumes  to a sun Netra  240 server (solaris 10). Please help, i have never done this before

    What do you mean by map?  If you have created volumes on the array and the 3300 is connected to the server you can boot the system from the OK prompt with boot -r and then you should see the volumes as hard drives in the format command.  From there you treat them just like any other drive.
