Unable to see email in exchanage 2007 MB server cluster using outlook 2007

I have exchange 2007 mailbox CCR 2 mailbox server cluster and (HUB and CAS) server running together in in two servers. Last time due to network problem replication has failed and we fixed the replication by renaming the replication files. Now replication is working fine but the users can not see their  emails unless we create their outllok profile in outlook 2007/2010.How we can fix this without recreating the profiles.

It seems there is some misconfiguration in autodiscover configuration, because if you have outlook 2007 and above it should automatically update the profile after changes made on server. Compare/check autodiscover settings and post the results. I believe OWA is working fine.

Yes OWA is working file. We did not config auto discover.

You have to configure autodiscover in your exchange environment for auto updation of outlook profile.
