I currently have a 2003 domain with a 2003 exchange server
We recently install two new servers with 2008r2 for a new accounting software system. We have decided to upgrade our old servers to new ones with 2008. My question is,do you have any recommendation for this upgrade, should I upgrade my two DC servers then the exchange, if I do that will exchange 2003 be ok in a 2008 domain or should prep 2003 AD and upgrade exchange first.
My current domain is two windows 2003 dc, one 2003 exchange server,  two windows 2008 member server and 3 windows 2003 member server. Any recommendation on exchange upgrade to 2010 and a domain upgrade to 2008 would be appreciated.

I think first you have to upgrade your domain from 2003 to 2008 then your exchange2003 to exchange 2010.
