I am new with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I have few questions:
1.the out of box CRM do not have all the forms I need, I have some transaction data for each customer that needed to recorded in the CRM. What should I do?
2. Every day, each customer will have some transaction, and all these transactions are resides in a proprietary database. The transactions can be retrieved from the proprietary database. But how do I put this information in the CRM? I need to schedule a daily transfer of these data.
3. If I would like to have a two way data synchronization, could I used the MS Dynamics connector SDK to custom make a connector for my purpose? Or is the connector will only work among the MS Dynamics applications?
